AlliedBarton Security Services, LLC, a Federal Government Contractor, is
seeking qualified professionals to serve as Training Manager for armed
guard services in Louisiana.
Training Manager
The Training Manager is responsible for all training associated with
armed and unarmed contract guard services on specific program.
Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, coordinating, and
presenting training focused on providing the highest quality security
personnel for the program and addresses all levels of training required
by contract and AlliedBarton standards.
Qualifications require a minimum Bachelor's degree - or equivalent
business and technical experience. Possess extensive background through
experience or education in basic security guard training procedures and
be certified in:
- Principle of Instructions through an approved and accredited
organization, ie. NRA, a Police Academy,
FLETC, or military training course, or similar training
- Expandable Baton Training
- Firearms Instructor through an approved and accredited organization,
ie. NRA, a Police Academy,
FLETC, or military training course
- First Aid/CPR/AED Trainer through the American Red Cross or American
Heart Association
Successful applicants:
- Possess moderate knowledge of Microsoft Office and have the capability
to use and/or learn to use a
computer and peripheral equipment required.
- Have the ability to deal with internal and external customers and to
ensure compliance with fair
employment practices and perform multiple tasks
simultaneously in a timely, courteous and
professional manner.
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Have the ability to work a flexible schedule and to work evenings,
weekends and holidays as requested
or required.
- Have the ability to work in different geographic locations
occasionally.
- Must be a United States citizen
