AlliedBarton Security Services, LLC, a Federal Government Contractor, is
seeking qualified professionals to serve as Quality Control Monitors for
armed guard services in Louisiana.
Quality Control Monitor
The Quality Control Monitor is responsible for ensuring all activities
associated with armed and unarmed contract guard services on specific
program meets customer requirements and for monitoring corporate
policies and procedures at the job sites.
Responsibilities include monitoring contract compliance through review
of on-site work distribution and training; monitoring and advising on
the performance against established indicators; act as a liaison between
government auditors ensuring the execution of corrective action and
compliance with customers' specifications and AlliedBarton Security
Services, LLC.
Qualifications require a minimum Bachelor's degree - or equivalent
business and technical experience. Possess extensive background through
experience or education in basic security guard site-specific procedures
and have five (5) years specialized experience in:
- Project management and development
- Expertise in quality and/or continuous improvement techniques and
programs, ie. ISO 9000 or Total
Quality Management
- Experience with efficient report mechanisms in project management
- Management experience in multi-task contacts of various types of
complexity
- Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout
the organization;
- Setting QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are
achieved;
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A combination of education and experience equal to the
qualifications above may be considered. Successful applicants:
- Must be a United States citizen
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills,
- Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint
with the ability to integrate
new software applications into daily work processes.
- Have the ability to
- Work a flexible schedule
- Assess organizational specifications and customer requirements;
- Ensure compliance with national and state standards and
legislation;
- Define quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff;
- Set up and maintaining controls and documentation;
- Identify relevant quality-related training needs;
- Write technical and management system reports;
- Bring together staff of different disciplines and driving the
group to plan, formulate and agree
comprehensive quality procedures;
- Establish standards of service for customers or clients
