Job Description
Responsible for total management and compliance of all requirements of
this task order.
Duties
The following duties will be performed:
- Receive and execute, on behalf of the Contractor, such technical
directions as the COTR may issue within the terms and conditions of the
task order.
- Acts and makes decisions entirely on his/her own and is available,
except while on leave, to the COTR at all times while the security force
is on duty.
- Accepts notices of deductions, contract modifications, inspection
reports, and all other correspondence
on behalf of the contractor.
- Maintains high standards of competence through instruction, training
and inspection of members of the
uniformed security force as necessary.
- Maintains high standards of morale for all elements of the task order.
- Meets with the COTR as directed.
- Is available by phone 24 hours a day including Holidays and weekends.
During non-business hours, the
PM shall be able to respond to sites in the disaster
location within 24 hours.
Education and Experience Requirements
In addition to meeting all employment requirements of this task order,
meet or exceed the education and experience requirements set forth
below. NOTE: All prior experience shall have been within the last
seven (7) years. Shall be fully capable of managing and supervising the
numbers of personnel on task order and all other requirements of the
task order.
Must possess effective communications skills, both written and oral, and
possess a Bachelor degree with five (5) years of successful civilian or
military equivalent law enforcement - experience of which three (3)
years must be at the level of leadership commensurate with this
position, or;
Bachelor degree with ten (10) years of successful security experience
of which two (2) years must be in management at a level commensurate
this task order or;
Ten (10) years of successful security experience of which five (5) years
must be in management at a level commensurate this task order or;
Successfully completed (5) years of sworn/commissioned civilian or
military equivalent law enforcement.
